Lindsay Gellert
Recruit Profile
All-honors student, strong athleticism and dependable team player. Three-sport varsity athlete who aggressively creates offensive opportunities. Interest in business; strong community involvement including Girl Scouts and Junior Firefighters.
I have played club lacrosse for the past 6 years, always on T3 North Black and always attack. My strength in attack is my strong lacrosse IQ, ability to create offensive opportunities through aggressive drives, selflessness in looking for the assist as much as driving towards goal, determination, dependability and athleticism. I was on varsity ski team as a Freshman (finishing 5th in New Jersey my freshman year) and played varsity lacrosse and soccer as a Sophomore. (My freshman lacrosse season did not occur due to COVID.). I am an honors student (received all A's in Honors Algebra 2, Honors English, Honors Chemistry, Honors U.S. History and Honors Holocaust). I am going for my Gold Award in Girl Scouts, am a Junior Firefighter (the only Sophomore and one of 10 chosen from over 40 applicants) and was rewarded the "Thanks for Being You" award last year, recognizing 13 leaders from the Freshman class "who make Mountain Lakes a better place because of energy, passion, intellectual curiosity and commitment to service." I am interested in business and leading community service efforts for our high school's DECA club (focused on business leadership).
