MK Geratowski is in her seventh season as head coach of the Yellow Jacket women's lacrosse program in 2020.

She holds positions as the Assistant Athletic Director and the Senior Woman Administrator for the R-MC Athletic Department as well. Additionally, Geratowski serves as the Division III Representative on the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association Board of Directors, a position which she has held since July of 2018.

R-MC went 4-3 in the shortened 2020 campaign and did not play an ODAC contest. The Yellow Jackets went 3-0 at home and were victorious in their final two contests of the season.

During the 2019 campaign, the Yellow Jackets posted a record of 12-7 overall and 8-1 in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference. R-MC edged Shenandoah 10-9 in the series finale to secure second place in the conference standings. The Yellow Jackets pulled out a thrilling 13-12 victory over Roanoke in the ODAC semifinals and reached the title game for the fifth consecutive season. Geratowski mentored six All-ODAC performers and a pair of All-Region selections. Geratowski served as Tournament Director for the 2019 NCAA Women's Lacrosse National Championship on Day Field on the R-MC campus.

Randolph-Macon completed its fifth winning season under Geratowski in 2018. The season included a crucial home win against St. Mary's in a 19-15 thriller and huge road wins against Shenandoah 15-14 and Lynchburg 8-6. R-MC defeated LC again in the ODAC semifinals to reach the team's fourth straight ODAC Championship match. R-MC was recognized as a IWLCA Zag Sports Academic Honor Squad for the year. Geratowski led five Yellow Jackets to All-ODAC squads, as well as three players who were named to the All-Chesapeake Region First Team by the IWCLA and three players who were Virginia Sports Information Directors All-State team members.

In 2017, Randolph-Macon accomplished an 11-6 record, including a 7-1 ODAC record. R-MC earned a place in the ODAC Semifinals, where the team defeated Shenandoah 16-10 and moved to its third straight ODAC Championship game. Geratowski coached a number of players who garnered numerous postseason honors, including for IWLCA Division III Scholar-Athlete of the Year, ODAC/Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance Scholar-Athlete, three IWLCA All-Chesapeake Region nods, four VaSID honors and six All-ODAC selections. The team was also recognized as an IWLCA Zag Sports Academic Honor Squad.

The 2016 season saw Geratowski lead the Yellow Jackets to a 12-win season. The Yellow Jackets got signature wins against Washington College 10-9 and Lynchburg in the ODAC Semifinals 17-7. The season also marked Geratowski's second season defeating at least eight ODAC opponents.
