Maclaren Gulick
Recruit Profile
I am a coachable multi-sport athlete who displays grace, grit, sportsmanship, determination, and perseverance on the sporting field.
From the time I could walk, I was playing sports, such as soccer, tennis, golf and skiing. I was a very active kid who loves the outdoors and athletics. When I was in 5th grade, I joined a recreational lacrosse club in my area called Denver Lacrosse Club or DLC. My very first practice I knew that this was going to be a big part of my life from then on. I have been playing ever since then developing my skills and training with multiple different schools and clubs. I played for my middle school, Graland Country Day School and a club team called Colorado Command. I currently start on the Girls Varsity Lacrosse team for Denver South High School and play competitively for Summit Lacrosse club. I have extremely strong stick skills and field awareness as well as lax IQ. I am an Honors student currently taking AP US History, AP Literature, and AP French. French and the study of foreign languages are 2 of my greatest passions next to lacrosse. Studying the culture, language, and traditions are fascinating and quite fun to me. I ultimately hope to attain my Seal of Bilaterally at the end of my sophomore year.
