I have played lacrosse for as long as I can remember, and have always had a love and passion for the sport. I am a strong defender who makes themselves big on the field and am comfortable carrying the ball with my dominant and non-dominant hand. I have a high lax-IQ and am able to evaluate whether I should run the ball up the field or pass it, and am capable of doing both. In addition to Varsity Lacrosse, I run Varsity Cross Country in the fall and Indoor Track in the Winter.

With that, my academic success is also extremely important to me. This year, as a Junior I am taking AP English Language and Composition, AP US History, Precalculus 2 (Accelerated), Latin III and Independent Study Greek II (I was invited to begin the Independent Study as a Sophomore). I am on the Honor Roll, earning High Honors. For my Senior year, I am currently registered for AP English Literature, AP Government, AP Microeconomics, AP Macroeconomics, AP Environmental Science, Latin IV (Honors), Calculus 2 (Accelerated), and Independent Study Greek III. As a Sophomore I took AP European History, Select World Literature (Honors), and Algebra II-3 (Honors). Freshman year, I took Humanities (combined Honors English and Honors World History course), Biology 3 (Honors), and Geometry 3 (Honors). Further, I participate in multiple extra-curricular activities and am very involved in my community. I am a member of the Amnesty International Club, Key Club, my school's Model Congress and Debate Team, as well as a volunteer math tutor and a certified Youth ref. I also am very active with my church, and am a member of a group called Faith in Action. This year we are focusing on the mental health crisis and how we can help our community through all hardships, not only those surrounding Covid. Starting my Freshman year, I have been raising money for The Water Project. So far, I have raised $1,230. I love working to make an impact in the world and on the lacrosse field.

I am driven and determined to reach success no matter what I am doing. On and off the field, I always put forth my best effort, work incredibly hard, and push myself to be the very best I can be.
