My name is Maddie Mcdevitt and I have been playing lacrosse since the third grade, and loved it ever since. I am a right handed midfielder, who is confident and vocal on both ends of the field. I use my one on one skills to cause turn overs, and always work to win the ball until the play is finished. I started varsity as a defender my freshman year, and started varsity as a midfielder my sophomore year. I also play for the Reign Elite 2024 team all year round.

I am a sophomore at Springfield Highschool, where I have gone since kindergarten. Along with lacrosse, I play school soccer and start varsity as a defender my sophomore year. In our 2022 season we won districts, where I started as a defender and even scored. Our team also went to states where I again started as a defender.

At Springfield I also pride myself on my academic drive and hard work. I took honors History, honors English, and honors Algebra 2 my freshman year. I finished with a 4.25 weighted GPA. I now am taking honors Biology, honors English, and honors Trig/Pre calc my sophomore year. These classes challenge me, and push me to work to the best of my ability. I am also in student council where I spend time raising money and planning things for my school.
