I have been involved in high-intensity, high-level sports (soccer, basketball, lacrosse) ever since I was old enough to play. I have ended my club career for basketball but continue to play club soccer (FC DELCO ECNL 05) and lacrosse(Big 4 HHH). Being a multi-sport athlete has allowed me to become a fierce defender on the lacrosse field as I take skills learned in soccer (moving laterally and backward, increased field vision and spatial awareness when clearing the ball, endurance) and in basketball (moving laterally, increased eye-hand coordination and stamina) and transfer them all to the lacrosse field.

Not only has being a multi-sport athlete helped me succeed on the field/court, but it has also helped me become a better person. I am 100% a team player and love the friendships I have gained over the years. I have learned valuable lessons from my teammates and from all of my coaches and their different coaching styles. During my free time, I am a volunteer coach for both soccer and lacrosse and love spreading the joy of playing the sports I love.

At school, I work just as hard in the classroom as I do on the field. I never give up and give 100% in all I do. I am proud my school asked me to represent them as their Student Ambassador and also to be on their Student Athletic Advisory Committee, which I will continue to do until I graduate.
