I would like to take a moment of your valuable time and introduce myself. By sharing my personal resume to you I hope that it will familiarize you with me as a student, an athlete, and a prospective candidate to your institution.
I am currently a junior at George Walton Comprehensive School in Marietta, GA. Academically, I am a strong student with a high-B average taking many honors and AP courses at one of the most rigorous schools in the state of Georgia. Also, I am an active volunteer, and I am pursuing my Girl Scout Gold Award. My Gold Award will focus on creating calming centers around our schools to incorporate techniques to build resiliency in times of high functioning anxiety.On the weekends, I am a certified US Lacrosse referee and enjoy working with the next generation of young student-athletes by sharing my passion for the game.
My lacrosse career started when I was in first grade when my older brothers were playing lacrosse, and I wanted to play with them. I play low defense for my club team, Atlanta Storm Lacrosse, and play midfield and defense for my high school team. Due to my intense ride, my coaches have even placed me at high attack. I love playing defense because it requires teamwork, communication and strategy.
