Matt Carey

Carey was a four-time All-Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (PAC) attackman at Misericordia University [NCAA III] from 2003-06.

He totaled 150 goals and 38 assists over 59 games for the Cougars, and currently remains as the program leader for career goals per game (3.14) and single-game goals (8). The two-year captain graduated from Misericordia in 2006. Carey was the first lacrosse player inducted into the Misericordia Athletics Hall of Fame in 2017.

He later played with his home country of Scotland at the European Championships in 2012 and 2016, and the World Championships in 2014 and 2018. Carey recorded 67 points during major championship competition for Scotland.
