Sullivan ranks second in program history in assists with 126, which he amassed during a playing career with the Bears from 2007 through 2010.

He was a member of NYIT's fourth national championship team, in 2008.

As a senior, he earned first-team All-America status while leading the nation in points per game (5.39) and assists per game (3.54).

Sullivan graduated from NYIT in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in business management.
