Matt Dugan

Matt Dugan was named an assistant coach in August of 2019.

He came to Hanover after two years in the same capacity at Bucknell.
While at Bucknell, Dugan assisted with the defensive game plan, created and organized scouting reports, and assisted with scheduling and travel. In 2018, the team was named regular-season Patriot League champion and was ranked as high as No. 10 in the USILA and Inside Lacrosse polls.

Prior to arriving in Lewisburg, Dugan served as an assistant coach at Tampa for three seasons, helping the Spartans reach the NCAA Division II Tournament semifinal in 2016 and 2017.

Beginning in December of 2016, he served as the Director of Player Analytics for the Florida Launch, a Major League Lacrosse club. He was the first person to work exclusively in analytics for the Launch.

A three-year starter and primary face-off man at Marist, Dugan graduated in 2013 with a degree in business and finance.
