Matt Dugan was named an assistant coach in August of 2019.

He came to Hanover after two years in the same capacity at Bucknell.
While at Bucknell, Dugan assisted with the defensive game plan, created and organized scouting reports, and assisted with scheduling and travel. In 2018, the team was named regular-season Patriot League champion and was ranked as high as No. 10 in the USILA and Inside Lacrosse polls.

A three-year starter and primary face-off man at Marist, Dugan graduated in 2013 with a degree in business and finance.
