Recruit Profile
I love contact! I am mentally tough, hard working, eager to learn, and a leader. My mother was a D1 Volleyball player and my father was a professional MMA fighter.

I grew up wrestling and playing football. I learned about the sport of lacrosse in 5th grade and began playing with the Cap Lax club team offered through the Springfield Park District. We didn't have many subs so I was our face off player and two-way midfielder. I was approached by a coach at one of the tournaments and invited to compete with the CILAX River Sticks in Dunlap Illinois. In the first tournament the coach was short on defenders so I grabbed a long pole and ended up starting for them. True Lacrosse started a regional team in the Peoria area and Coach Rob Ashlaw was great letting me practice with both defense and offense. I think I really started making gains in my lacrosse IQ and game speed when coach Ashlaw allowed me to practice with the High School group during my 7th and 8th grade seasons. I was invited to play with the Titanium Elite team in Mesa AZ in the spring of 2020 and started on defense for them. The coaches liked my aggressive play style and allowed me to run the defensive group because of my great communication skills. In the summer of 2020, I made the True Illinois state team. Again, they were short on defense so I played LSM and defense for them. During the summer of 2021 I made the True Illinois Premier A team as an attackman playing for coach Jack Strahm. I'm looking forward to this upcoming year and the increase in competition. During the spring of 2022 I played faceoff and midfield for the Cap Lax team in Springfield. My high school doesn't have lacrosse yet so I travel all over the state of Illinois to practice often 2-3 hours one way. I'm still managing to keep a weighted GPA of 4.815/5.00. My freshman football coaches selected me as a captain because of my leadership and hard work on the field and in the weight room. Thats my story I'm looking forward to the work that is ahead of me and to achieving my goal of playing lacrosse in college!
