I have been playing lacrosse since I was in third grade. Since the first day of practice as a nine-year-old, I began to fall in love with the sport. I played for my town team the Eastchester Blue Devils, and then the following year I joined my first club team which was House of Sports Lacrosse. I am now with Snipers Elite Lacrosse. For the past seven years, I have been determined to get better and am always ready to learn new things. I am comfortable dodging and finishing with my right and left hands and am confident with my defensive skills. I play and started on the JV Field Hockey team at my school and do winter track as well. I am taking two honors courses this year which are Global History Honors and Italian 3 Honors. My GPA is a 3.8 out of 5. I volunteer at my local library and belong to the social action club at my school. Social action is a club in which students volunteer to help people in need such as volunteer in soup kitchens, help build schools and partake in any community service. I speak Spanish fluently. My mom is Colombian, and we speak Spanish at home, and I have been to Colombia various times.
