Megan Clements was named the Stevens women's lacrosse assistant coach in August of 2016 after coaching stints for Notre Dame High School in Lawrence, N.J.

Prior to the 2016 season, Clements spent a year as a graduate assistant and player for Durham University in England. Clements worked to grow the game throughout the United Kingdom during the stint, culminating with her guiding the school to its first British National Championship.

Clements played her collegiate career as a four-year member of the Rutgers University women's lacrosse team, racking up several honors in the process including Most Improved Player, and Second Team All-Big East in 2014.

Clements also shined in the classroom, garnering Big East All-Academic honors in each of her four seasons.

The Pennington, N.J. native has coached for Building Blocks Elite and Ultimate Goal Lacrosse, in addition to working multiple camps across the region including the Princeton Tiger Camp, and Rutgers Winter/Summer Clinics.
