Megan Luther enters her second season as head coach of the Ave Maria women's lacrosse team.

Luther earned her first victory as AMU head coach on March 3, 2020, when the Gyrenes picked up a 19-8 win over Franciscan. Ave Maria also added a win over Westminster (Pa.) before her debut season was shortened due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Before accepting the Ave Maria job, Luther spent 14 seasons coaching high school lacrosse at Poway High School in Poway, California and Austin High School in Austin, Texas. Luther also served as an assistant coach in 2011 for her alma mater, the University of Texas, a WCLA Division 1 womens lacrosse club team, where they finished tenth at the US Lacrosse WCLA National Championship. Luther was a defensive starter for the University of Texas and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition.
