Coachable, natural leader & motivator, team player with strong lax IQ, multi-sport athlete, resilient, determined, decisive
Lacrosse was introduced to me in 4th grade, and I have loved it ever since. I have also played competitive soccer (travel & premier club) and basketball (travel - CYO). Last year as a freshman, I was given a spot on the Varsity Women's Soccer team and we were Co-League Champs. This past season (2018 fall), we were the 1st John Jay Varsity Women's Soccer team to win the Section 1 Class A Championship and advance to the Regional Championship. In the 2018 spring season, I was given a starting position (Midfield/Defense) on the Varsity Women's Lacrosse team as a freshman. We were Co-League Champs, won the New York State Section 1 Class B Championship, and Regional Championship. We moved onto States but fell in the State Semi-Final. I was awarded All-League. My teammates and I are dedicating ourselves to this off-season and are so psyched for what's to come in 2019 spring! Working hard, having strong mental toughness, and overall grit are major contributors to my play and life. I also take my schoolwork very seriously, and am proud of having earned the grades and recommendations necessary to be taking advanced honors courses that are offered. I have a very strong passion for this sport and will work tirelessly to earn respect in playing it.
