In the past, I’ve played partial seasons of lacrosse for my enjoyment. The year 2021 was my first time playing a full season of lacrosse and it led me to try out for a club team. The previous couple of years I have had limited time for lacrosse because of my commitment of being a competitive gymnast. One year ago, I left gymnastics wanting to dedicate myself to lacrosse. Gymnastics created the person who I am today and caused me to have a strong athletic base for a lot of other sports. I understand what it means to be dedicated, have discipline, and have a strong work ethic. This spring I am going to play for my High School lacrosse team and I am enrolled in Girl Scouts. Aside from lacrosse, I also run track which I will have to participate in during the winter because of the lacrosse spring season. In little time, I have become a triple threat player and is comfortable playing with both my right and left hand.
