Michael Hodge returns for his sixth season in 2020 as the head coach for the women's lacrosse team at Carroll University.

Michael Hodge returns as head coach for his eighth season in 2022 after four straight winning seasons. Hodge has coached eleven all-conference selections during his tenure and 1 IWLCA All-Regional Selection. Since 2018, he has led the Pioneers to 38 wins including a program best 13 straight in 2018.

In 2021, he helped guide the team to a share of the CCIW conference title which was Carroll's first league title in program history, the first CCIW title for the Carroll women's athletic program and the school's first CCIW regular-season championship since 1988. Hodge was also named College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Coach of the Year in 2021.

Following a three-year playing career at Holy Cross College in Notre Dame, Indiana, Hodge jumped right into his coaching career after being named head coach at his alma mater in 2008.

Hodge remained as the head men's lacrosse coach at Holy Cross from 2008-2012. He moved east and became the assistant women's lacrosse coach at the State University of New York in Canton, New York, a position he held for two years before being offered the Carroll job.

Hodge earned a liberal arts degree from Holy Cross in May of 2008 then went on to obtain his master's degree in sports administration from Valparaiso University in December of 2011.

Hodge resides in Waukesha with his wife, Meghan, and their two daughters, Hannah and Henley.
