Coach Neczyporuk began coaching for the WildCats during their inaugural season in 2009.

Neczyporuk is entering his 8th season as Assistant Coach for the WildCats. Coach Neczyporuk serves as an offensive coordinator and works primarily with the WildCats offensive personnel.

Neczyporuk grew up in West Irondequiot, Rochester, N.Y. and started playing organized lacrosse through the school system in seventh grade. A high school standout midfielder at Irondequoit High School, Neczyporuk then went on to play two years at Monroe Community College in Rochester, N.Y.

After graduating with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Monroe, he then went on to earn B.A. in Political Science from SUNY Oswego in 1985, where he was a midfielder in the SUNYAC Conference.

A career midfielder throughout, Neczyporuk continued to play competitive lacrosse after college both on the field and indoor leagues. He played four summer seasons in a Rochester-area box lacrosse league, where his team won the championship three of the four years before Neczyporuk suffered a career ending ACL injury in 1986.

In addition to being an assistant at Randolph College, Coach Neczyporuk has coached youth lacrosse in the Lynchburg area with the Blue Ridge Lacrosse Club and Lynchburg Lumberjacks.
