"Mick put in a tremendous amount of work in the offseason to become one of the better 2 way midfielders in the conference. As a JV player last year as a freshman he was a scoring threat and a very capable defender. By the conclusion of this year, he was a dynamic full field player who could score, defend, clear and facilitate. His improvement was not unexpected, but the level at which he rose was tremendous. Mick has a bright future and I can only hope he will continue on this rise to be a top player on the team and in the league in the upcoming years. - Ben Carville
