Nathan Fredericks
Recruit Profile
Physical, confident, strong & determined lefty attack with great dodges from Alley/X/GLE. A threat on crease & with the step-down. Outstanding field/game IQ and very coachable. High academic achiever.
I started playing lacrosse when I was 8. I picked up the skills and love for the sport very quickly. I started playing travel ball when I was 13 and have only increased my participation since. As a natural lefty, with a nose for the cage, I dedicated myself to playing attack. I work hard in school and participate in Boy Scouts where I recently became an Eagle Scout, in May 2022. I have traveled to Mexico with the Piedmont Church for a week long service project, building a house for a family in Tijuana, Mexico. In my junior year of high school I was a captain on the lacrosse team, scoring 68 goals and having 21 assists. In college I plan to study business or economics. Math and science are my strong suits in the classroom, but I work hard across the board.

Nathan Fredericks was a match up nightmare when we played against him and a stand out young man when the game was over. Physically gifted and tough as nails, he's the prototype south paw attack who can score at well. Beyond his scoring ability, he rides well and takes pride in ground balls and doing the dirty work. Happy to endorse Nathan to any coach.

Nathan Fredericks is a cold-blooded Left Handed Sniper, who supplies game-changing scoring ability on demand from all over the field. He often uses defenders as screens for his powerful wing shots, still remaining very accurate even from tough angles. He is a hard hitting dodger who’s game draws similarities to players like Brendan O’Neil #34 from Duke, or Matt Rambo #9 for the Whipsnakes. Nate is exceptional at finding underneath angles with face dodge, toe-drag, and inside roll moves. He almost always draws the opposing teams best defender, and is adept at feeding his teammates; elevating their play on the field through his passing ability. Nate is the most coachable player I have ever worked with, always asking questions and offering suggestions for how we can strengthen our offense. He is a true leader both on and off the field, and the East Bay Advance program is so lucky to have him! Nathan Fredericks is an impact player who has the ability to take over a game. Over the course of this season he was able to determine the outcome of several contests through his scoring ability, face off draws, and assists. Nathan Fredericks is a player that opposing coaches must account for and usually draws coverage from the best defender on the opposing team. Time and again Nathan was able to overcome these adjustments and impacts the game through his ability to score, draw doubles, and face off. Great leader (Team Captain) and team player during our season in D1 this past year. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. Thank you.
