My name is Nicole Nietsch. I am a junior at Seaford Senior High School in Seaford, New York. During my high school years, I realized how much music really means to me and now I want to major in Music Education. I work hard in school and my grades show it. More importantly, I like to stay busy and sports is an ideal way. I am active on my school soccer, basketball and lacrosse teams and play basketball and lacrosse on AAU teams outside. As I think of what I want to be involved in while in college, I know it would be lacrosse. These are my favorite activities.

My coaches have always stressed that hard work is the only way to succeed and made me accountable. If you are going to do something, then you better bring 110% to it. This is how I am while playing goalie. In addition to this is the trait of being a leader. A goalie needs to work with her defenders to ensure that the goal is protected at all times. In addition, I work as a coach for an outside athletic program weekly and conduct my own privates with younger kids. This reinforces everything I want to be and do with my life.
