Niki Harding is in her eighth season as head coach for the Westminster women’s lacrosse program.

During that time she has led the transition from WCLA Division II to Division I, and now the move to NCAA Division II and the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.

During her time as head coach, Westminster has a record of 69-45 (.605) and they won two Rocky Mountain Women’s Lacrosse League championships. Harding led the Griffins to a pair of trips to the WCLA National Championships, including a third-place finish in 2012.

At the NCAA Division II level, Harding has led the Griffins to a 2-9 overall record and they finished sixth in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference in 2016 at 2-5.

Harding has seen one student-athlete named to the RMAC All-Academic First Team and five others chosen to the RMAC Academic Honor Roll.

In seven years at the WCLA level Harding saw 11 Griffins named WCLA All-Americans and 11 more were honored as WCLA Scholar-Athletes.

Harding is a graduate of the University of Utah and she also works on staff at the Utah Lacrosse Association.
