Prior to starting with the Saints, Parker served as the women's graduate assistant coach at Western New England University in Springfield, Mass., where he worked as the goalie coach, helped scout the offense, developed agility workouts and aided in recruiting.

Parker also served as the Associate Head Coach at Luxembourg Lacrosse, where he created practice plans, installed offensive and defensive systems and designed a physical education program for local high school classes.

He also worked within the lacrosse realm at the College of Wooster, Burning River Lacrosse FCA Lacrosse and Goucher College.

Parker graduated from the College of Wooster with a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics in 2018.
