2024 | MA: Newburyport
Recruit Profile
2024 Midfielder and multi-sport varsity athlete (Field Hockey, Basketball, Lacrosse) with quick hands and excellent speed. Uses agility, tenacity and good decision-making on the turf.

I started playing lacrosse when I was seven and love the speed and excitement of the game. My primary position is midfield. On attack, I am confident finishing with both hands. On defense, I am an aggressive one-on-one defender. On the draw circle, I am tenacious in gaining possession. I've been playing for the Middlesex Bears lacrosse club for seven years under Catherine Batchelder.

As a three-sport varsity athlete (lacrosse, basketball, and field hockey), I've played at the varsity level since my freshman year. During our 2022 lacrosse season, our team (Newburyport Clippers) made it to the state quarter-finals and I was named to the All-CAL (Cape Ann League) First Team. Also, I recently made the American Select Lacrosse Massachusetts Blue 2024 Team. For two years in a row, I was selected by my athletic director as one of three MIAA (Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association) Student Ambassadors representing Newburyport High School. Outside of my athletics, I participate in the National Art Honors Society.

As an honors student, I'm very focused and have a 4.48 weighted GPA. I plan on taking AP Chemistry and AP U.S. History as well as all Honors classes in my junior year.

I especially enjoy giving back to my community. I help coach local youth girls at basketball, lacrosse, and field hockey summer camps. Additionally, I volunteer for our local Salvation Army by ringing bells for its annual Red Kettle Campaign Fundraiser. This spring, I volunteered with my local Special Olympics.
