Academically focused. Versatile and dedicated multi-sport athlete who values being well-rounded.
I started playing lacrosse in 2013 as a 3rd grader with Swizzlesticks Lacrosse. I began to play competitive lacrosse at the beginning of 6th grade as a member of Pershing Girls Lacrosse. In the spring of my 7th grade year, I earned a spot on the Tenacity Select Houston Team and then made the traveling Tenacity Elite Houston Team in the summer before my 8th grade season. I joined Grit Lacrosse Houston in February of 2019 and played Attack for them until early September. Currently I play for a newly formed team, South Coast Lacrosse 2023 where I play Attack and Midfield.
In my freshman season at Awty, I made the varsity team, played as a starting midfielder, and was the top scorer for Houston's Division 2 before Covid-19 abruptly ended the season. In my sophomore season, I continued my varsity career and played as a starting midfielder, leading the team in goals. At Awty, all freshman and sophomore courses are rigorously Pre-IB and I have selected Higher Level-subject classes for my junior year to begin the two-year IB program. Starting in August, I will be taking HL Biology, HL Chemistry, HL Literature, SL Analysis, SL Psychology, and BSL French. In addition to lacrosse, I was on Awty's inaugural Field Hockey team, I played the viola in the high school orchestra, and was the Manager for the High School Varsity Girls Basketball Team.
At the beginning of the 2020 season, I was chosen to be on Varsity Field Hockey and starting in 2021, I will be heading into my 3rd season as a varsity starter.

I’ve coached Olivia for two years in field hockey and lacrosse at the varsity level. Her calm demeanor and competitive nature has made her one of the most reliable student-athletes at our school. She shows up to games prepared to give all of her effort and push those around her to be better. Her authenticity wins teammates over and allows her to have a leadership role in our program. She is a talented young player that isn’t afraid to work for the results she wants not only as a player but also as a person and student. Olivia appropriately pushes those around her to become the best version of themselves and isn’t afraid to address conflict on and off the field with compassion and understanding. Her commitment, problem-solving skills, easy rapport, integrity and joy in the midst of challenge will make her a fantastic addition to any program she chooses to be involved with.
