Throughout my entire career I have been described by Coaches as a cerebral player. My knowledge of the game helped elevate me to be valuable members of both my College and High school teams. I played Divison 1, Coached Division 3 and currently Coach HS lacrosse in PA. Currently I train kids of all ages individually and in group sessions to prepare for HS, summer travel teams, youth and several kids looking to get recruited to play in college. Workouts are high repetition geared to develop the lacrosse athlete both physically and mentally. I stay positive and encourage my athletes to develop a work ethic which will elevate their game to its highest level. I strongly feel lacrosse should be a portal to get you into a college you might not have necessarily considered without the sport. Given my positive experience in lacrosse I feel it is my duty to help those get to where they want to be, whichever level they want to pursue.

Lacrosse Evolution owns two indoor facilities; one in Downingtown, PA and one in King of Prussia, PA where I give lessons to athletes.
