Head of staffing and scheduling for 7 boys travel teams that play year-round, tournament locations span the entire country
Head of College Recruiting for Our East and West coast teams that currently includes 9 Division 1 2021 Commits(Penn, Harvard, Villanova, Duke, Maryland, Ohio State, Penn State and Syracuse)

Mad Dog Lacrosse, Manasquan, NJ - Head coach
Coached a group of 22 8-year old boys on travel lacrosse team for 3 summer tournaments
Ran 2 practices a week for 8 weeks and designed each practice itinerary individually
Made all coaching and substitution decisions during games

March 2017 - June 2017
Manasquan High School, NJ - Mens Lacrosse Volunteer Assistant Coach
Led the defense on a team that had lowest GAA in Shore Conference
Won first Conference championship in school history and led team to group 2 final
Finished the season ranked in top-10 in the state of New Jersey (NJ.com)

August 2015 - May 2016
Point Pleasant High School, NJ - Mens Lacrosse Volunteer Assistant Coach
Led 2-day a week voluntary practices
Created my own practice itineraries for the workouts including all drills and conditioning
Coached a 2nd year program that had not won a game in 2015 to a .500 record during 2016 season and a berth in conference and state playoffs
