Recruit Profile
Highly coachable, strong Lax IQ, QB at the X position, disciplined, patient, selfless team player, mentally tough, honors student taking honors level classes entire academic career.

I started playing lacrosse in the sixth grade, my first year at Boys Latin. Transitioning out of football, my thought was what an opportunity to learn this fast moving game at one of the best lacrosse programs in the country. I fell in love with the sport immediately and have made great relationships throughout my career as a player. My high school career as a lacrosse player has been a challenging one. Our freshman year was shortened to only one game due to the Covid-19 pandemic. That was beyond frustrating to me as I was ready to start my high school lacrosse career. That summer, I practiced daily and had one on one training sessions with Yale attackman, Matt Brandau. He truly helped me develop as a better shooter with not only my right hand but also my left. We also worked a lot on my explosiveness and footwork which helped me become a much better dodger. He and I trained multiple times a week from the start of the summer to the start of tryouts the following February. The extra work helped my confidence in my play increase and I saw a lot of improvement from the prior year. My sophomore year, I was faced with another challenge. I tore my ACL due to a collision with a defender in practice. All of that hard work in the offseason inspired me to make it back onto the field. Over a year of physical therapy with Dr. Colish and strength & conditioning training with Brandon Huggins our school's lacrosse trainer helped me get back on the field. Throughout this challenging process, I maintained my grades and stayed on the honor roll. My classes throughout my high school career consist of mostly honors-level courses. At Boys Latin, I participate in the One Love Foundation Club as well as the Veterans Awareness Club. Throughout my career, I have played club for Gonzo, Rock Lacrosse, Prostart, and True Lacrosse. I have work at Piney Branch Golf Course during my "off season". My other areas of interest are playing golf, fishing, and going to the beach with my friends and family.

I've had the pleasure of working with Peyton during his journey while recovering from ACL surgery. Peyton is a distinguished hard worker, and always does it with a smile on his face. He is incredibly coachable and has made an outstanding return to the field from his injury - faster and stronger than before. His love for the game is also unmatched and continues to hone his craft on and off the field.

Peyton is a hard working player, invested in his continued development. As he has matriculated into our program he has improved immensely as a player in all aspects of his game. Carrying, feeding, understand strong-side weak-side offensive concepts, transition, riding, and ground ball play. Programs looking for a player that will work hard, invest, and be a good teammate should connect with Peyton.
