Dell begins her sixth season at the helm of the women's lacrosse program in the 2019-2020, sitting at a 56-25 career record & 26-15 mark in OAC matches.

Hired as the program’s first head coach on May 6, 2013, Dell has made four OAC Tournament appearances in her four years as the head coach.

Playing Career
2000-03: St. Bonaventure University: Inaugural class for women’s lacrosse

Dell, who holds undergraduate degrees in French and English from St. Bonaventure University, completed her master's degree in Education from Elmira College in June 2007.

In addition to coaching, Dell is committed to the development of the sport in a number of ways. She was the IWLCA (Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association) Nominating Chair from December 2013 until June 2016, and has recently moved into the role of IWLCA Secretary. She is also a 2012 NCAA Women's Coaches Academy graduate.
