Rich Pruszynski joined Hope College Women’s Lacrosse as an assistant coach prior to the 2022 season.

Pruszynski has been coaching since 2000. He spent 15 years as the head boys lacrosse coach at Milwaukee’s Marquette University High School and became the first high school boys lacrosse coach in the state to reach 100 career wins.

Pruszynski is the associate director for program support for Positive Coaching Alliance, a national non-profit organization that aims to develop better athletes and better people through youth and high school sports. He has worked for Positive Coaching Alliance since 2007.

Pruszynski holds a bachelor of arts degree in elementary and middle school education from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Pruszynski and his wife, Sarah, have two sons, Crosby and Henry.
