Ricky is as advertised as a player. He's an elite level crease finisher with an extremely high Lacrosse IQ and it allows him to make an impact in every game and match up he plays. Besides his ability on the field, he is a lax rat. He plays Box Lacrosse in the off-season and excels as a Lefty Forward for the Minnesota Stars. He's a phenomenal student, great kid, and an awesome teammate.

Ricky is an explosive playmaker. He has a very quick first step and his start/stop ability makes his change of direction extremely dangerous. He is a talented Attackman and has the ability to breakdown defenseman consistently. He is also a natural righty but excels with his left hand. He truly is comfortable on both sides of the field and can capitalize in many situations.
