Recruit Profile
I have been playing lacrosse for 12 years. I am reliable, coachable and have the utmost respect for my coaches. I am also a team player and a leader.

Hi, my name is Ryan Larkin. I am a Junior at General Douglas MacArthur High School in Levittown, NY. I have been playing lacrosse for over ten years and started playing at the high school level when I was in 8th grade. I am looking to join a school that has a great atmosphere and a strong business program. One thing that is very important to me is finding a school whose lacrosse team works together like a family. I am the oldest of four kids which makes me a leader at home, and I bring that leadership to the field. I am respectful, hardworking and reliable. I've learned a lot from my father, who runs a football and lacrosse league in my town, about dedication, fairness and how to take criticism in order to grow. I help coach my younger brother’s football and lacrosse teams and I absolutely love it. The best part of coaching young kids is watching the pure joy they have learning and being out on the field with their friends. After ten plus years of playing, I still feel this same excitement every time I step onto the field no matter if it's my high school team or my club Recon Team. My first love maybe lacrosse but I have also enjoyed playing football and wrestling. I was a starter on the JV football team in my freshman and sophomore years but I was also brought up to the varsity level when our team went to the county championships in 2019. I also enjoy wrestling and have won a few tournaments in my weight class. One of my honors was to be named to the LILJ'S CLASS OF 2022 BOY'S WATCH LIST. I think I would be a great asset to any team given my experience on and off the field. You can ask anyone that knows me, and they will tell you that I am someone you want on your team.
