I pride myself on my work ethic. I have been a role model to my high school teams modeling the effort and character required to be successful. During training and conditioning I fight to win every long run or short sprint and show my grit and character by never giving up and working the entire 60 minutes of the game. With the increased speed of the game, I have the stamina, speed and endurance to be successful at the college level. These traits have allowed me to surpass the 100 goal milestone as a sophomore! I was the leading scorer on my team last season with 71 goals while being played by my opponent's best defender. Multi-sport athlete playing both lacrosse and field hockey for my high school earning All NJ Group 1, All Division and All Shore in BOTH sports. I started varsity as a freshman and sophomore for both lacrosse and field hockey at Shore Regional High School. I work hard in the off season to be in the best condition to help my team during the season. I am very comfortable dodging and shooting with both my right and left hands and driving to goal to get a shot or to draw a defender and pass to an open teammate. I fight for balls off the circle and move through the midfield with my speed, agility and stamina. My parents were both competitive college athletes, my mother played Division 1 field hockey and my father played college lacrosse. So from an early age I have learned to set goals for myself, the perseverance required to achieve them, and the responsibility of being on a team. I also focus on my academics and I am enrolled in 5 AP and IB courses with a 4.1 weighted GPA. When I am not training or playing lacrosse, you will find me enjoying the beach, friends, family and my dog!
