Sam Quilter

Profile
Sam Quilter joined the CUI women's lacrosse coaching staff in 2020. She is a Maryland native and Salisbury University lacrosse alum.

This will be her 20th season in the game. Currently, Sam is the head coach of the Northwood High School girls lacrosse program. She also serves as both a head and assistant coach for teams at SoCal Express.

Prior to moving to California in 2018, Sam studied at Salisbury where she played lacrosse until a career-ending injury cut her time short. She finished her Bachelor of Science in mathematics focusing on secondary education with a minor in athletic coaching in 2018. While at Salisbury, Sam led Younglife at a local high school all four years, was a member and eventually Co-President of Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) on campus, and coached/refereed youth/high school lacrosse in her spare time.

Sam is excited to be coaching at CUI and to help grow the program. She is working towards her master's in organizational leadership and hopes to start a non-profit in the next few years.
