Sean Kulczyk joined the Pack in the fall of 2020 and will take the field as Assistant Coach for the 2021 season.

Kulczyk brings four years of experience as an assistant coach at the NCAA level to CSU Pueblo. He has also served as a head coach at the high school level for five seasons.

Most recently, Kulczyk coached at NCAA D-III institution Washington and Jefferson College from 2018-20. Working as the team's Offensive Coordinator and Faceoff Coach, Kulczyk helped the Presidents to an 8-8 season in 2019. Kulczyk's team averaged 11.3 goals per game.

During Kulczyk's time at Washington and Jefferson, the Presidents landed two Defensemen and an Attackman on the All-President's Athletic Conference First Team. He also served as the team's Recruiting Coordinator.

Prior to his time with the Presidents, Kulczyk worked as the Defensive Coordinator for DePauw University in Greencastle, Ind. In two seasons with the Tigers. Kulczyk coach two All-Conference Defensemen. He also coached an All- North Coast Athletic Conference goaltender who he warmed up before each game. Kulczyk worked alongside the 2018 NCAC Coach of the Year, Dan Ambrose, helping Ambrose win the award.

Kulczyk began his collegiate coaching career in 2014 at Missouri Baptist University of the NAIA. In two seasons as the team's Offensive Coordinator, Kulczyk helped the Spartans to a 22-14 record.

Kulczyk, has extensive experience at the high school level as well. He served as the Head Coach at Parkview South High School in St. Louis, Mo. from 2011-13. He also worked as the Head Coach at Clayton High School in the St. Louis area from 2014-16.

Extensive club Lacrosse coaching rounds out Kulczyk's vast coaching experience. He has served as a club coach for True Lacrosse Indy, the St. Louis Samurai Select, and the Vegas Starz.

Kulczyk played college lacrosse at Fontbonne University. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Sports Management at Fontbonne and his Masters degree in Sports Management from Missouri Baptist.
