Shannon Horn

Profile
Shannon Horn ’14 returned to the Haverford College women’s lacrosse team as the goalkeeping coach after a four-year playing career with the Fords.

As a two-year starter for the team, Horn ranks among the top 10 goalkeepers in program history in nearly every statistical category.

Most notably, Horn was credited with 20 wins during her career – a mark that ranks seventh in program history. That success was highlighted by a 13-5 record during the 2013 season in which she helped lead the Fords to the Centennial Conference semifinals as the anchor of the defense. Also excelling in the classroom, Horn was named to both the Centennial Conference and IWLCA Academic Honor Roll.

As a dual-sport athlete at Haverford, Horn was also a four-time all-conference fencer. During her senior season, she helped lead the women’s fencing program to just its second-ever NIWFA Division III Team Championship. Horn graduated from Haverford College in 2014 with a double major in history and classical culture & society.
