Growing up, I played several different sports, but none of them gave me the excitement and drive that I was craving. My whole life I was searching for a sport that not only challenged me, but changed me as a person. It wasnt until 10th grade that I finally found the sport that fed into my ambition and excitement- lacrosse. I am very passionate about being able to continue my lacrosse career in college. My goals after high school include acquiring a bachelors of science in nursing and eventually obtaining a career in the field of nursing and health sciences. I feel very strongly about the success of not only myself as an individual, but also my team as a whole. Although I have not been a member of the sport of lacrosse for as long as many other athletes, I believe I have a lot to offer to any collegiate team willing to give me a chance. I love a good competition. With that being said, I believe the greatest challenger I’ll ever have is myself. I strive to be better than I was yesterday and to make myself proud tomorrow. I am a dedicated, fast-learning, hard-working, and highly coachable athlete and team player and am looking forward to continuing on using those skills at the collegiate level for lacrosse.
