Shoshana "Shoshi" Henderson
Recruit Profile
Multi-sport student athlete with top grades & high lax IQ. Team-oriented, great stick skills & shot, excellent feeder. Highly coachable. Led NJ in assists in 2021 with 75
I started playing lacrosse at age 9, and I immediately loved everything about the sport and being on a team with other girls. Sports have always been a huge part of my life - playing, watching games with my family and building skills in the yard with my dad and on teams. Freshman year I was fortunate to have the opportunity to play on my high school's varsity team and be a part of a sectional championship with an amazing group of girls, and we went on to win that again the following year. When playing I especially excel behind the net, assisting my teammates, shooting, and on transition. I also play on the varsity field hockey team. Off the field, I am a part of the Youth Advisory Committee for the Princeton mayor and do a variety of local volunteering including lacrosse coaching. Academically, I take advanced classes including AP US History, AP World History, AP Environmental Science, AP Calculus, and , accelerated chemistry, biology and geometry. I also do independent research in the field of political science. I am always looking to grow both on and off the field. Sophomore season I grew a lot and stood out by leading my team in assists (53) and finding creative ways to set up my teammates. I led NJ in assists in 2021 with 75.
