Spencer Kaufman enters his first season as an assistant coach with the Royals.

In addition to working with the men’s lacrosse program, Kaufman will be pursuing a master’s degree in Business Administration at Queens.

Kaufman was a student-athlete at Wagner College in the Northeast Conference (NEC) where he was a midfielder for the Seahawks from 2015-2019. The team captain led his squad in goals and was second in points during his senior season.

Kaufman graduated from Wagner with a bachelor’s degree in English. He also minored in journalism and was a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), NEC Honor Roll, and the Sigma Tau Delta International English Honor Society. After graduation, Kaufman worked for the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America in Manhattan for a year and a half in their External Relations Department as a national membership coordinator.
