Steve Matusiewicz returns to the King's staff for his 11th year in 2015-16 after concluding a stellar career with the Monarchs in 2005.

Matusiewicz was a four-year starter at goalie for King's where he was a two-time Middle Atlantic Conference all-star selection and stands as one of the finest players in program history. He began his coaching career at King's during the 2006 campaign.

As a senior at King's, Matusiewicz posted an 8.21 goals against average with 207 saves and stopped 63.7 percent of the shots he faced to rank first in the MAC and ninth nationally in Division III.

Over the course of his four-year varsity career, Matusiewicz made a school-record 961 saves, stopping over 200 shots each of his four years with the program. In 2005, led King's to a 6-10 record, the most wins produced since the varsity program was started in 1999.

Matusiewicz serves as King's defensive coordinator. He works full-time at King's in the College's Residence Life Office.
