Sadler began his collegiate career as a team captain at the Community College of Baltimore County. He then transferred to Missouri Valley College and earned all-conference honors in his first year, leading MVC to the MCLA National Championships in each of his first two seasons.

Sadler also works with LaxStraps, which he has spearheaded multiple fundraising initiatives.

He currently resides in Concord, with his wife Erin Hart.
