As the Director of Girls Lacrosse for Mad Dog Lacrosse North NJ. I organize, roster, and schedule middle school and high school leagues in North NJ during the fall and winter months. I also run the Summer and Fall Travel All Star Program with teams in NJ by running practices for over 200 female athletes 5th-11th grade and travel to top recruiting tournament venues in the country. I assist in the recruiting process for these athletes from DIII to DI schools all over the country. I handle apparel and uniform orders, payroll, staff of 25+, practice sites, etc. I also run tournaments on the east coast for youth to high school level female athletes from the ground up. The company also run Camps and Clinics in NJ, CA and NY.
