Taylor Frombaugh has been named the new women's lacrosse assistant coach at Hood College in Frederick Maryland.

Taylor Frombaugh joined Hoods women's lacrosse coaching staff in the summer of 2021.

Frombaugh spent the past three seasons as an assistant at Bridgewater College. She also spent two seasons with Elizabethtown College, with the Blue Jays making a Landmark Conference playoff appearance in 2017 after an 11-5 overall record.

She coached a total of eight All-Landmark selections at Elizabethtown, including 2018 Player of the Year and all-region selection Katie Thompson.

Frombaugh was a four-year letterwinner at Division II Millersville University, where she was named team captain as a senior. She was a member of the Millersville Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, and the Student-Athlete Training Club Committee.

Frombaugh has also coached with Lanco Elite Lacrosse Club in Lancaster, Pa., and at Cedar Crest High School in Lebanon, Pa.

She graduated from Millersville in 2015 with a bachelor of science in biology and a minor in athletic coaching. She also earned a bachelor's in athletic training through a dual-degree program with West Chester University. She is currently pursuing her master's degree in business administration.
