White Bear Lake Varsity Assistant coach, MN Loons coach, also specializing in faceoffs and founder of MN FO Tundra Squad Faceoff training. 2022 All-Section Assistant Coach of the year.

My passion for coaching comes from a strong desire to give back to my community and to help shape and mold young adults into having a strong work ethic, strong convictions to their commitments, and most importantly to be of strong character. My coaching philosophy is simple, a team is not just a group of players, a team is a family and family takes care of each other no matter what.

I currently live in White Bear Lake with my wife Val and my son Thomas Jr when he is not at school playing division 1 lacrosse for University at Albany. I also have a daughter who is a Special Education teacher in the South Washington County School District who played HS varsity lacrosse as well.
