I have spent the last 8 seasons with the varsity program at Lakeville North High School in MN. I’ve helped build the team from a losing program to a team in the state tourney for the last four seasons in a row. I’ve worked to become a competent defensive strategist and position coach as well as taking on the special teams roll for rides and clears. In addition to Lakeville north high school I’ve coached with the North Dakota state Men’s club program for four season after playing my college career there. While at NDSU I was a 3 time all-conference defensemen, 4 year captain and 3 time team MVP. I played high school lacrosse in MN and was a 2nd team all state defensemen my senior year. Professionally I am a construction manager for a commercial general contracting company. I volunteer with the achieve minneapolis group, a nonprofit focused on improving graduation rates of minneapolis public schools. I am married and a father to a 9 month little girl. In my free time I enjoy all things outdoors, hiking, camping, running, hunting, fishing, snowboarding etc. I have a strong passion for improving my players on the field and more importantly as people. I want to make better people by making better athletes.
