Trevor Stumpff
Recruit Profile
I'm comfortable playing LSM and close defense. I pride myself on working hard on the field and in the classroom. Strengths: Lax IQ, coachable, speed, stick skills.
I am in my sophomore year at Champlain Valley Union HS. As a freshman I made the varsity lacrosse team coached by Tom Garvey, a former All-American Defender at John's Hopkins. I played in every game last season and started at LSM in two games. Our team went 18-1 and won the Vermont D1 State Championship for the 9th year in a row. I'm a versatile player and have experience at LSM, close defense, and take face-offs when needed. I play club lacrosse for 802 Lacrosse under Reynolds Garnett, a two-time All-American defender at Georgetown, and also play for the New England Raiders select team and the Rebels National team. I pride myself on being a hard worker and a good student. In the offseason, I work on fundamentals with former D1 coach Adam Pascal at Inside Roll lacrosse and strength train with Joey Besl at Premier Strength and Performance. When not playing lacrosse, I play high school basketball, volunteer as a youth lacrosse coach, snowboard, and love eating mac and cheese.
