Recruit Profile
As a player I am coachable, a team player with strong Lax IQ on and off ball, have exceptional footwork, and I am adaptable, focused, and have emotional maturity.

I have been playing lacrosse since second grade and I love it because of the fast pace and working with teammates to execute plays. My passion is playing defense because it requires sharp focus, swift foot work, and making quick and intentional decisions in order to create offensive opportunities. Through playing lacrosse I have learned the value of self-discipline, motivation, and ways to persevere through challenging situations. In addition, I have become open to receiving constructive criticism and learning from my mistakes to find ways to improve my game and contribute more effectively to my team. My goal is to play at the college level because I want to progress in my skills, increase my game IQ, and continue to grow in the game with teammates as part of an athletic community.

In addition to lacrosse I enjoy downhill skiing, volunteering, and playing recreational basketball. During the off-season my focus is more on recreational activities so I can continue to work on my stick skills and conditioning while keep up with my school work. It is also a time to catch up with my friends and family since the spring and summer seasons are very busy. In school, I am starting to challenge myself by taking some advanced courses in the areas of math, engineering, and computer science. This is helping me learn to manage my time better and understand the work required for higher-level classes.

I look forward to going to college in fall 2022. I want to study an area in the business or computer science fields. At this time, however, I am keeping my options open and I have not fully decided what major I will pursue. Overall, I consider lacrosse to be a positive aspect in both my athletic and academic pursuits; and I want to continue to develop and refine my skills during my college career.
