Profile
1st year coaching for MN Loons & Hill-Murray High School. Collectively played & coached lacrosse for 16 years. Played for Stillwater High School, NDSU & University of Northwestern-St. Paul.

I grew up in Stillwater, MN and starting playing lacrosse when I was 12 years old. I continued to play lacrosse all through middle school and high school, where I was part of Stillwater's first sanctioned varsity lacrosse team. I played four years of varsity lacrosse for Stillwater as a defenseman and was part of the Suburban East Conference championship team that won in 2010 and was an honorable mention for the All-Conference selection.

After graduating high school I joined the MN National Guard as well as going to play for North Dakota State University's lacrosse team playing in the MCLA DII. While attending NDSU I played a mix of close defense and long-stick middie, and was part of NDSU's first team to go to the MCLA Championships in 2011. After a deployment overseas I came back to NDSU and again was a part of the NDSU team that went to MCLA Championships in 2013.

After playing for NDSU for two years, I decided to leave and pursue a certificate in Advanced Massage Therapy as well as an Associate's Degree in Personal Training at St. Paul Community College. While attending St. Paul College I shifted my focus to coaching lacrosse, and became an assistant coach for Stillwater High School working with the 9/10 team in the spring and fall. Once I graduated from St. Paul College I decided to further pursue my passion for health and fitness, as well as play collegiate lacrosse again while I attended the University of Northwestern-St. Paul in Roseville, MN

While I attended UNW, I played two years of NCAA DIII lacrosse for the Eagles as a starting close defenseman. During the two years I spend at UNW playing lacrosse I played in 27 games, had 1 goal, 69 ground balls and had 32 caused turn-overs. I also was named a team captain my second year playing for the Eagles, made the All-Conference Academic team in 2019 and was named the team's defensive MVP. I graduated from UNW in 2019 with a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology with a 3.8 GPA and with Magna Cum Laude academic honors.

Currently, I live in Stillwater, MN where I am the Strength Coach for the MN Loons lacrosse program as well as an assistant lacrosse coach. I also am currently an assistant coach for the Hill-Murray Boys Varsity lacrosse team.
