William "Will" Mahon joined the Felician women's lacrosse program as an assistant coach in February of 2021 and was promoted to Interim Head Coach for the 2022 season.

He helps compile game plans, practice plans and scouting reports and assists in recruiting. He is also a volunteer assistant with the Felician men, specializing in face-offs and wing play.

Mahon spent five summers as a clinic and camp coach with Tri-State Lacrosse. In that position he coordinated and operated clinics for youth programs in Monmouth County.

Mahon remains active as a box lacrosse player. He participated with the Slovakian National Team in the 2019 World Indoor Lacrosse Championships, and is a member of Slovakia's 2022 European Box Championships training team. He competed for three seasons with the Philadelphia Outlaws, helping them to the 2019 Philadelphia Box Lacrosse Association title, and played in multiple tournaments in Prague in 2018 and 2019 with the Bratislava Bats.

After playing lacrosse for Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School in Rumson, Mahon was a face-off specialist for one season at Brookdale Community College in Lincroft. He earned an A.A. degree in business administration from Brookdate in 2013 and a B.A from Rutgers University-Camden in 2016, also in business administration. He resides in Red Bank.
