Will Parker will begin his 20th season at Wesleyan University as Defensive Coordinator in 2019.

Under Will’s tutelage, his defensive unit has been consistently ranked near the top in the NESCAC in goals-against average year in and year out.

Since his arrival, Will has helped Wesleyan compile an impressive 251-101 (.713) record.

During that time, Wesleyan has advanced to nine Conference Finals, three National Semi-Final Appearances, and in, 2018 he helped Wesleyan win its first-ever National Championship while holding Salisbury to a season-low six goals.

Will has mentored 22 All-Americans, and three of his defensive players were named National Positional Players of the Year.

A 1996 graduate of Quinnipiac University, Will earned All-League and All-New England honors as a Long-Stick Midfielder.

After graduation, Will spent one season as a high school coach in Connecticut, and started his collegiate coaching career as an assistant coach at his alma mater, Quinnipiac, before joining Wesleyan.

Will has been a Special Education teacher at Foundation School in Milford for the past 23 years.
